Stayed here with my husband for two stretches of time during my stay in Tokyo - 18th to 24th June and 26th June to 1st July. Easy accessibility and convenience - Hotel is next to Kabukicho Tower. My husband and I took the Airport bus from Narita Airport to Kabukicho Tower and the hotel is just across the road. Shinjuku station is less than a 10-minute walk away. There are many convenience stores near or just next to the hotel. Friendly and professional staff - Hotel staff are very friendly. There’s no problem storing our luggages with the hotel before check-in time. However do note that the hotel will not be able to store luggages for more than a day after you check out. My husband and I had thought of storing one of our luggages with the hotel while we went to Niigata for three days but our request was declined because we were already checked out. Fortunately there are some lockers right outside the hotel and we used that instead. However when we checked out on the last day, there was no problem storing our luggages with the hotel for a few hours while we ate and shopped before taking the Airport bus back to Narita Airport.

The location of this place is fantastic, It's conveniently situated near shops, a few clubs, and plenty of great restaurants. Plus, they offer convenient amenities like a free ice vending machine and microwave on the top floor, which really adds to the convenience. The rooftop onsen is a highlight, nice for unwinding after a busy day of exploring. While the room is tiny, it's still perfectly manageable to move around for a couple with two pieces of carry-on luggage and a backpack. Overall, a cozy and well-equipped spot.

Located in the heart Shinjuku, it is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, clubs, convenient stores and a shopping complex. Your options are endless which is a bonus. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the Airport Shuttle Bus Stop, JR line trains and metro stations. They recommend guests to self check in using their touch pad screens and interaction with staff is minimal. Basic hotel with basic ammenities.

The hotel is nearby to the train station and lots of shops and restaurants. Love the rooftop onsen/hotspring as well. The breakfast buffet is decent too. The free luggage-storage during check-in and check-out days are really convenient for me as my departing flight is at night. I also appreciate the free luggage weighing scale at the lobby.

It was in a very convenient location for us travelling with small children. The access each day was easy and the staff were approachable and very helpful. We loved that the cleaning staff were outside our room each day as we were able to ask for further supplies for the room if needed. The bed was really comfortable.
